Chrysanthemum Cocktail

Ingredients
Strucchi Dry Vermouth50 ml
Bénédictine D.O.M. Liqueur15 ml
La Fée Parisienne Absinthe8 ml
Orange Zest Twist
Glassware
Nick & Nora
Chilled.
Method

    Pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.

    Peel a wide strip of orange zest and set aside for garnish.

    Combine dry vermouth, Bénédictine, and absinthe in a mixing glass.

    Add ice and stir for approximately 30 seconds until well chilled and properly diluted.

    Fine strain into the chilled Nick & Nora glass.

    Express the orange zest twist over the surface of the drink, then place on the rim as garnish.
