White Peach Puree50 ml
Glassware
Champagne flute
Chilled.
Method

    Add the white peach puree to a chilled Champagne flute.

    Slowly pour the chilled Prosecco over the puree.

    Gently stir once or twice with a bar spoon to combine without losing carbonation.

    Serve immediately.
