Ingredients
Cognac50 ml
Triple Sec20 ml
Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
Lemon Twist
Ice Cubes
Glassware
cocktail glass
Chilled.
Method
  1. 1

    Chill a cocktail glass in the freezer or with ice water.

    Add cognac, triple sec, and fresh lemon juice into a cocktail shaker.

  3. 3

    Fill the shaker with ice cubes.

  4. 4

    Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.

  5. 5

    Double-strain into the chilled cocktail glass.

  6. 6

    Garnish with a lemon twist, optionally running it around the rim before dropping it in.
