Ingredients
Gin45 ml
Coconut Liqueur45 ml
Elderflower Cordial25 ml
Lime Juice30 ml
Fresh Blackberries
Edible Flowers
Fresh Green Leaf
Glassware

Method

    Add a small handful of fresh blackberries to a cocktail shaker and muddle gently until broken down and juicy.

    Add gin, coconut liqueur, elderflower cordial, and lime juice to the shaker.

    Fill the shaker with ice and shake firmly for 12–15 seconds until well chilled.

    Fill a rocks glass with fresh ice.

    Double-strain the cocktail through a fine mesh strainer into the glass to remove blackberry seeds and pulp.
