Method

Combine the gold rum, dark rum, aged rum, orange juice, lime juice and honey syrup in a shaker.

Add the vanilla syrup and a pinch of ground cinnamon.

Add crushed ice and shake hard for 10 seconds until fully emulsified.

Pour unstrained into a tall glass or tiki mug.

A Don the Beachcomber original whose signature was a "Pearl Diver's mix" of honey, butter, cinnamon, vanilla and allspice, gently melted together. This is a simplified build; if you want the real thing, whip softened butter into warm honey syrup with the spices.
