Combine the aged rum, lime juice, orange juice, cinnamon syrup, vanilla syrup and allspice dram in a shaker.
Add two dashes of Angostura bitters.
Add crushed ice and shake hard for 8–10 seconds.
Pour unstrained into a tiki mug.
Top with crushed ice and garnish with an orange twist and a cinnamon stick.
