The Paper Plane was created by Sam Ross at Milk & Honey, New York, around 2007, inspired by the M.I.A. song of the same name. Its genius lies in the strict equal-parts formula - any deviation disrupts the balance, so precise measurement is essential.
My Bar Shelf reads your shelf and shows you every cocktail you can make from what you already own, including Paper Plane.
