Fresh Lemon Juice22 ml

Lemon Twist

Method

    Rim a chilled cocktail glass with sugar by moistening the edge with a lemon wedge and pressing it into a plate of fine sugar. Set aside.

    Combine 45ml vodka, 22ml Cointreau, and 22ml freshly squeezed lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.

    Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until well chilled.

    Double-strain into the prepared sugar-rimmed cocktail glass.

    Garnish with a lemon twist.
