Fill a Collins glass with ice.
Add the vodka and orange juice directly to the glass and stir briefly to combine.
Slowly pour the Galliano over the back of a bar spoon to float it on top of the drink.
Garnish with an orange slice and maraschino cherry. Serve immediately.
